Ilkov Group LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates mobile applications including ScanLyte. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Information We Collect

Our apps are designed with privacy as a core principle. ScanLyte processes all documents, OCR, and AI features on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your scanned documents.

AI Features

ScanLyte's AI Summary feature (available on Pro and Business tiers) sends document text to OpenAI's API for processing. This text is transmitted securely and is not stored by us. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this processing. All other AI features (categorization, OCR) run entirely on your device.

Subscription Data

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple may share anonymized purchase data with us for analytics purposes.

Analytics

We may collect anonymized usage analytics (such as feature usage counts and crash reports) to improve our apps. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Data Storage

All documents, scans, and app data are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal content.

Third-Party Services

• OpenAI API — for AI-powered document summaries (Pro and Business tiers only)

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
